Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. This is what Qorvi actually collects and why, without the filler. If you ever want something of yours deleted, the support server is where to ask.
What this covers
This policy covers the website you are on, the dashboard and the chat, and the Qorvi bot inside every server it has been added to. Discord itself is covered by Discord's own privacy policy — this one only describes what Qorvi stores.
What we get when you sign in
Sign-in goes through Discord's official login with two permissions: who you are — user ID, username and avatar — and which servers you are in, so the dashboard can tell which of your servers have Qorvi set up. The result is sealed into an http-only cookie, which means your browser never handles the login token itself.
What the bot stores about your server
The settings you chose — language, log channel, ticket panels, security guard rules, partnership listings, giveaways, announcements and discovery listings — plus the audit log of what was changed and who asked for it, structure snapshots (channels, roles and categories, never message content), and the small records that features like counting, games and the economy keep, all keyed to Discord user IDs.
Messages
The bot reads messages only in servers where it has been added, and only as far as a feature needs: a slash command, a counting channel, a moderation check, or an AI question you asked it. Message content is not kept beyond that, is never sold, and is never used to profile you or to aim advertising at you.
Website chat and the AI provider
Messages you type on this site are sent to the AI provider that powers Qorvi's answers, used to produce the reply you see. We do not keep chat transcripts on our side; that provider processes your prompt to answer it under its own terms.
How the data is used
To run the features you switched on, to keep you signed in, to rate-limit and block abuse, and to show you your own dashboard. That is the whole list — there is no advertising use and no profiling behind it.
What is public on purpose
Whatever you publish as a server listing on Discover is public by design — that is what a listing is for. Take it down whenever you want, and it disappears.
Cookies and local storage
There are two cookies: your session, which is http-only, Secure and SameSite=Lax, and the short-lived state used during login, which is cleared as soon as you come back from Discord. Preferences such as language, accent colour and ambient glow live in your own browser's local storage. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics anywhere on this site.
Who we share it with
Discord, because we work through its API; our hosting for this site and for the bot; and the AI provider that turns your prompts into answers. Beyond that, only where a lawful request requires it. We do not sell data, and there are no advertisers to share it with.
How long it is kept
Server settings and logs stay for as long as Qorvi is in that server. Removing the bot stops new collection. You can delete snapshots yourself from the dashboard, and asking in the support server gets the rest of it erased.
Security
Sessions are sealed and encrypted, cookies are http-only, traffic to Discord runs over TLS, and the bot's backend only answers requests carrying the right key. No system is perfect, so if you find a hole, tell us in the support server and we will close it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its full deletion at any time through the support server. If you are covered by GDPR or a similar law, you can also object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority — and we will answer your request either way.
Age limit
Qorvi is built for people who meet Discord's minimum age. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone below that age.
Changes and contact
This page changes when the product does, and the date at the top always shows the last time it was updated. Anything you want to know or change about your data goes through the support server.
