Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. These terms cover the website, the dashboard and the Discord bot. They are meant to be read rather than skipped — if any part is unclear, ask in the support server and we will explain it in plain words.

Agreeing to these terms

Using Qorvi in any way — adding the bot, signing in, or simply reading this site — means you accept these terms as they are. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. Qorvi is an independent project, not affiliated with or operated by Discord, and Discord's own Terms of Service apply to everything you do on Discord itself.

Who can use Qorvi

You must meet Discord's minimum age — 13, or whatever age is required where you live if that is higher — and be old enough to agree to a contract in your country. If you set Qorvi up for a community, you are responsible for that community and for being allowed to act on its behalf.

What Qorvi is, and what it is not

Qorvi is a tool for running Discord servers: it plans changes, answers questions, handles tickets, guards against raids and keeps records. It works for you, on things you approve, and it does not act on its own initiative. It is not legal, financial, medical or security advice, and it should never be the only thing you rely on for a decision that matters.

Your account and sign-in

Signing in uses Discord's official login, which tells us who you are and which servers you are in, and nothing else. You are responsible for what is done while you are signed in, so sign out on shared devices and tell us in the support server if you think your session has been compromised.

Servers you connect

Only add Qorvi to servers you own, or to servers where you have been given permission to manage them. What you approve is your decision: creating channels and roles, running snapshots, opening or closing tickets, publishing listings, starting giveaways. Every one of those writes lands in your server's audit log, so there is a record of what changed and who asked for it.

How changes get approved

Qorvi always shows you the plan before it acts: Understand → Plan → Preview → Approve → Execute. If you only ask a question, nothing changes. If you approve a preview, exactly that preview runs — and if it expires or you decline it, nothing runs at all.

Using Qorvi fairly

Do not use it to break Discord's rules or the law, to harass or spam people, to slip past rate limits or the approval step, or to make the service worse for everyone else. Do not try to take the bot apart, resell access to it, or misuse the AI endpoints. When we see abuse, or anything that puts the service at risk, we can limit or cut off access.

Your content and your data

Your server, your messages and your listings stay yours. You give Qorvi only the permission it needs to run the features you have switched on: to read what a command needs, to write what you approved, and to keep the settings you chose. We do not sell your data and we do not build advertising profiles out of it.

About the AI

Answers from Qorvi's AI are generated, which means they can be wrong, out of date, or confidently wrong. The prompts you send go to the AI provider that powers it, and we do not keep chat transcripts on our side. Check anything important before you act on it.

Free, Premium and payments

The core of Qorvi is free and stays free. Premium is a supporter tier that staff grant for a set period; it is not open yet, and there is nothing to buy today. If paid options ever appear, the price and what you get for it will be shown to you before any payment happens, and nobody will ever be charged quietly.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is, with no promise of uptime — Discord outages, rate limits and maintenance will sometimes get in the way. Features can be added, changed or removed, and these terms can be updated as the product grows: the date at the top always shows which version you are reading, and bigger changes get posted on the support server. Keeping use of Qorvi means accepting the current version.

If something goes wrong

To the extent the law allows, Qorvi is offered without warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect losses — lost data, lost servers, lost time, or decisions taken on AI output. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law will not let us limit, including consumer protections where you live. If something has gone wrong, talk to us in the support server first; we would rather fix it than argue about it.
